SINGAPORE : stocks climbed right off the bat Thursday, with the
Straits Times Index including 0.16 for each penny, or 4.45 focuses, to 2,798.44
as at 9.03am.
There were 72 gainers to 52 washouts, or around three up for
each two down, after 66.1 million shares worth S$105.4 million changed hands.
Singtel was an early list mover, increasing 0.5 for every
penny or two Singapore pennies, to exchange at S$3.68.
DBS Group drove the banks, expanding by 0.8 for each penny,
or 13 Singapore pennies, to S$16.33.
Ware dealer Noble Group slid 1.1 for every penny, or 0.2
Singapore penny, to 17.8 Singapore pennies.
